If within five business days of your purchase you express dissatisfaction with your purchase and request a refund, we will refund 100% of the price you paid.

Your refund request must be submitted in writing (via fax to 1-866-462-1752 or via email to clientcare@aheadSpace.com) within five business days of your purchase date and include the statement:

"Upon review of my purchase, I request a refund for the following reason: (state reason). I confirm that I have neither shared nor used materials or intellectual property with anyone else, other than for the purpose of review, during this period and that, in future, neither I nor my organization will retain or employ any materials or intellectual property which has been accessed or reviewed during this period."
