- Ensure that both internal and out-sourced third parties could perform their roles quickly and effectively

We combined standard content with custom content to provide a complete library of self-study and workplace coaching resources, each pegged to the relevant Hallmark roles, skills and competencies. To make it easy for busy employees to use their normal workplace to learn effectively, every team leader and member has the right set of practical tools needed to coach and measure each other continuously in the workplace.
Using an execuGo Media coaching school, Hallmark first launched the program to managers who would act as workplace coaches to their employees. Those newly coached coaches then presented it in a similar way to their employees and each manager and team leader became responsible and enabled to coach as needed.
The company and its employees regard the program as both a major competitive advantage in its sales and service arsenal and a significant cultural shift that was surprisingly easy to absorb. The Canadian Society of Training and Development has presented execuGo Media with two Awards for Training Excellence for "The Hallmark Way."
